mutton biryani
Necessary materials
1 kg cumin samba rice
1 kg of mutton
5 large onions
4 tomatoes
5 green chillies
1 cup yogurt
2 handfuls of mint
2 handfuls of coriander
Salt as required
Oil as required
3 biryani leaves
3 star flower
3 bars
3 cloves
3 cardamoms
1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
11/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
4 to 5 cashews
1/2 lemon

First, wash the cumin samba rice well and soak it for 15 minutes
Soak the cashews for ten minutes
Place a large pan on the stove and when the pan is hot, add 3 tablespoons of ghee and four tablespoons of oil.
When ghee is hot, add biryani leaves, bark, cloves, cardamom, star flower and saute. Add chopped onions and saute well.
Next, saute tomatoes and green chillies with required amount of salt. Tomatoes should be sauteed well
Add ginger garlic paste to it and saute until the green smell goes away
Then add mint and coriander and fry for two minutes
Then add mutton and pour a cup of water and stir
When the mutton is fried a little, add chilli powder, garam masala and curd and fry well.
Cover the pan and cook for two minutes
Add cashew paste and stir
Then pour 4 cups of water and cover the pan and boil for ten minutes
Then add the required amount of salt and half lemon to the soaked rice and stir and cover for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes pour ghee and stir patiently
Now everyone's favorite delicious biryani is ready to eat
